What Our Clients Are Saying
“I want to thank you for the extraordinary job you did in coordinating our Masters trip. Your help in selecting the house, the dinners both in and out of the house, and the golf courses we played was great—and gave me a real level of comfort with the guests I was entertaining. Whenever you go to the Masters you’ll have a good time, but the Lefeber Group raised the bar with its efforts.”
-Jay K.
“A group of us from South Africa & Australia visited the 2009 Masters in Augusta, Georgia, and the whole visit was organized by Doug Mulanax of the Lefeber Group. They arranged accommodation, tickets for all seven days of the event, and hospitality by the course. The accommodation was a really great house—only ten minutes from the golf course—with all the luxuries we required. The golf was great, as we saw all the practice rounds and all four days of the competition. Doug was a total gentleman who did so much for us, and everything ran really smoothly without a hitch. We would recommend using the Lefeber Group, and have passed on their details to our friends.”

Our Legacy
The Lefeber Group was established by Douglas Lefeber Mulanax, who was proud to call Augusta, Georgia home. Doug was originally from Wichita, Kansas, where he was raised (and became an avid KSU Wildcat fan). After moving to Augusta with his family, Doug began teaching special education for the Columbia County School District at Lewiston Elementary School. Doug’s genuine love of the game of golf and the Masters Tournament inspired the establishment of the Lefeber Group in 2006. For ten years, Doug carefully cultivated and grew the Lefeber Group into a company with a strong reputation for provinding its guests with only the very best Masters experience.
The world lost an incredible father, husband, teacher, and friend when Doug passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at the age of 44. After his passing, Doug’s close friend Sean Prouty was passed the Lefeber Group torch. Today, Sean strives to ensure that Doug’s high standards for integrity and customer service within Lefeber Group are consistenly upheld. He is immeasurably humbled and honored for the opportunity to carry on his dear friend’s legacy.
